Welcome to Ponies & Pups. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, handcrafted BioThane® and premium rope gear for your dogs and horses. Because our products are bespoke and made to order in our East Sussex workshop, our shipping processes reflect the time and care required to create your unique items.

By placing an order at www.poniesandpups.co.uk, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Note: Due to insurance limitations, we do not ship to North America (USA & Canada) or other international destinations at this time.

2. Production & Dispatch Times

Since your gear is made especially for you, there is a lead time before your order is posted.

• Curated Collection Items: Usually dispatched within 1 week.
• Custom Orders:
  • 1 week if materials are in stock.
  • 2–3 weeks if materials need to be specially ordered.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We want your gear to arrive safely and securely.

• Carrier: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
• Cost: Free UK Shipping.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail, you can use your tracking number to follow its journey. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Delays

While we aim to meet all dispatch timelines, occasionally things out of our control (like postal strikes or supply chain delays) might cause a small hold-up. We will always keep you updated if your order is likely to be delayed.
