How to Measure: The easiest way to guarantee the perfect fit is to take your horse's current favourite browband, lay it completely flat, and measure it straight from end to end.

Sizing Tip: If your measurement falls exactly between two of our sizes, we always recommend sizing up! This ensures the browband sits comfortably and doesn't pull your bridle's headpiece forward into the back of your horse's ears.

Need a Bespoke Fit?
Horses don't always fit into standard boxes! If you need a highly bespoke measurement for a miniature pony or a heavy draught horse, simply drop me a message via the Contact Us page before ordering, and I will craft a size perfectly tailored to your bridle.

🐴 The Loops: Crafted from genuine BioThane® BETA. This premium PVC-coated webbing provides incredible strength and a smooth, leather-like feel, but is strictly waterproof and flexible.

🐴 The Braid: Meticulously hand-woven using premium, weather-proof paracord. It is highly durable, lightweight, and completely resistant to mildew and rot.

🐴 The Hardware: The BioThane® loops are securely fastened to the beautiful braid using a single rivet on either side. Because every detail matters, you get to choose the exact colour of these rivets to perfectly complement your design!

If your chosen materials are currently in stock in my workshop, I will craft and dispatch your order within a week! What is the difference between BioThane and Paracord?

Our custom browbands use a hybrid of both materials to give you the best of both worlds! The base and loops of the browband are made from BioThane®, a premium coated webbing that is 100% waterproof, wipe-clean, and will not stretch or hold odours. We then weave your chosen colours using premium Paracord, which is highly durable and weather-proof.

How do I clean my custom browband?

Unlike traditional leather tack that requires delicate soaps and oiling, our browbands are built for real yard chaos. Simply wipe the BioThane ends clean with a damp cloth, or dunk the entire browband into a bucket of warm soapy water to clean the paracord. Let it air dry, and it will be vibrant, stink-proof, and ready for your next ride.

Are these browbands durable enough for everyday winter hacking?

Absolutely. While delicate crystal browbands are prone to losing stones and traditional leather gets stiff in the rain, our all-weather browbands are designed to be unapologetically tough. They are mudproof, weather-proof, and built to survive everything from schooling sessions to wet winter hacks.
